Check-in and check-out
Your room is ready for you from 2 p.m.
On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m.
Holiday with four-legged friends
Fiffi, Bello, and Rex would of course also like to go on holiday with you! You’re welcome to bring your four-legged friend to Grubacher upon request. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the bar, restaurant, and spa area.
The price for your four-legged friend is €20.00 per day without food.
Payment options
We accept the following payment methods for the settlement of your invoice:
- Cash payment
- Bank transfer
- Certain debit cards
- Online banking at the hotel
We do not accept credit cards.
All prices are inclusive of all legal charges (e.g. VAT) and exclude the tourist tax of €1.80 per adult per day.
Cancellation policy
This coming season we have adopted especially flexible cancellation conditions:
If you need to change or cancel your holiday due to Covid-19, there are no additional costs. A deposit is not currently required.
All direct bookings made at the hotel can be cancelled free of charge at any time before arrival. Direct bookings must be made at the hotel (or through our website).
